$20 To Fix My PC in Chelsea, Nova Scotia

I have a Gateway All-In-One PC and recently when I start up my computer I get a message "BOOTMGR is Missing" that I cannot get past. I cannot even access the Gateway Recovery Options, I have tried downloading an iso. file and burning onto DVD's and USB's but to no avail. Gateway said they would send me the disks to recover my PC but I do not wish to wait over a week for delivery. All I need is a Windows 7 Home Premium Recovery disk set, anyone willing to do this simple job for me I am willing to pay $20, all I really need is for you to burn me a reovery disk from your own PC if your running windows 7
